Right Column stepped into the role that was asked and was able to have the financial records repaired and ready for audit as well as worked with management to design a reporting structure that was consistent and presented on a weekly basis. This reporting was able to show the major areas that needed to be seen by the Executive Director so that he could quickly tell if there were any deviations from the budget that Right Column had created. Additionally, we created a comprehensive reporting structure to be delivered monthly. This report set showed several key metrics measured to historical data as well as an updated forecast for the remainder of the fiscal year which is used to present to the board.
